United Rushmoor is committed to making positive steps to build a single community for all the residents of Rushmoor.
We believe that the best way forwards is to take the best of all cultures and build a single community where we can coexist in harmony, break down the walls between us and work towards a future for Rushmoor that focuses on everyone standing side by side.
We hope to achieve this by creating events and sports teams that will help build cross community cohesion by working, playing and socialising as one community.
We have so much to offer each other and already have a great history of working together in the past that it seems that it would be easy for us to work together for the future.
We all can do something to make a difference. It can be as small as a smile, a friendly nod of the head, joining us at one of our events or becoming a member of one of our teams. But it is clear to us that if we work together we will be able to create
“United Rushmoor”

On this day... First official match of United Rushmoor FC, making sure the young generation of mixed races live in peace. It was a friendly against a team of good players/PE teachers etc from Connaught School. Finished 2-2 at full time... And we won on penalties, the team played ACE! Only one overall winner though - community.

Amazing night... Best turn out for months, in the pouring rain on a Champions League match night! All back to mine for pizza and tv afterwards. Uniting for our futures, that's what it's all about.

Sorry it's been a little quiet on here of late! The United Rushmoor football team is gearing up - it has been a tough but productive couple of months getting it all off the ground, but the committed players are now turning up each week, rain or shine, and we are having our first friendly fixture in a couple of weeks. The next Best of Both event will now be in the Sept/Oct timeframe (it's a crazy summer ahead). If anyone can offer any help/volunteering/donations with the team, let it be known! Cheers all.
